Welcome to Naam Jap Daily (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Naam Jap Daily mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Naam Jap Daily is a devotional and spiritual wellness application designed to support chanting, meditation, Bhakti listening, sacred stories, reminders, and related spiritual practices.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only where permitted by applicable law.

If you are below the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. App Features

The App may provide both free and premium features, including but not limited to:

• Chanting and jap tools
• Meditation features
• Bhakti audio and devotional content
• Sacred stories and reading features
• Reminders and notifications
• Ad-supported experiences for non-premium users
• Premium content and premium access features

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play.

Premium offerings may include: Monthly subscriptions, Yearly subscriptions, and Lifetime premium access.

Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
• Pricing may vary depending on platform, taxes, region, or storefront

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Restoring Purchases

Where supported, you may use the “Restore Purchases” feature to recover eligible premium purchases.

Refunds

All payments, subscription management, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective billing policies. We do not directly process or issue refunds.

5. Advertising

Non-premium users may see advertisements within the App. Premium users may receive an ad-free experience where stated in the App.

We are not responsible for third-party advertisements, products, services, or content displayed through advertising networks.

6. Content and Availability

The App may provide devotional content, audio, sacred stories, or spiritual materials from internal or third-party sources.

We do not guarantee that: All content will always be available; Audio or devotional content will load without interruption; Content will always be accurate, complete, or error-free; Services will remain continuously available at all times.

Content availability may change or be removed without notice.

7. Notifications

If enabled by you, the App may send reminders or notifications to your device. You may disable notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the App or related services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass premium access, billing systems, or security protections
• Use the App to distribute harmful, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading material

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, branding, design, layout, text, graphics, icons, audio, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App only for personal and non-commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

10. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Naam Jap Daily is intended solely for devotional, spiritual, and general wellness purposes.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or emergency services. You should not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that: The App will always be available or uninterrupted; The App will always be secure or error-free; Defects or issues will always be corrected immediately; The App will meet every personal preference, expectation, or spiritual outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or use arising from or related to your use of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features at any time for reasons including security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational requirements.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled within the App.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will include a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
